Covered by Care+
Care+ covers most standard troubleshooting and repair visits related to eligible Horizon residential Internet and Phone service, including eligible Horizon equipment failures and lightning damage to Horizon equipment.

Important Care+ details
These terms help define what Horizon Care+ covers and when the standard service-visit charge may still apply.
Horizon Care+ is available for residential Internet and Phone customers at $9.99 per month.
Care+ applies only to eligible Horizon residential Internet and Phone service. TV service and TV-provider support issues are not covered by Care+.
Care+ includes up to 5 eligible covered on-site service visits during any rolling 12-month period.
Additional eligible visits beyond the included limit may be billed at the standard service-visit rate.
Care+ must be active before an issue is reported and cannot be added retroactively to cover an existing issue.
Problems caused solely by a Horizon network outage or failure of Horizon-owned Internet or Phone equipment under normal use are handled under Horizon’s standard support policies and do not count against the Care+ service-visit limit.
